TheTicketGift

Terms and conditions

Last updated 8 October 2026

The short version

  • You design a souvenir ticket and we give you a print-at-home PDF of it.
  • It's a novelty gift and a keepsake, not a ticket for entry. It won't get anyone into an event or onto a journey.
  • You can't cancel once your PDF has been made, but we'll fix any fault. See our refund policy.

1. About us

This website, theticketgift.com, is run by:

TheTicketGift.com, a sole trader business
19 Crane Road, Twickenham, TW2 6RX
Email: help@theticketgift.com

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them, and our refund policy and privacy policy, before you buy. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

2. What we sell

We sell a digital PDF file of a personalised souvenir ticket (for example a concert ticket or boarding pass) made from the design and details you choose. You print it yourself. We don't post anything.

Our tickets are novelty gifts only. They are replicas and are not valid for entry to any event, or for travel. They are not produced or endorsed by any venue, performer, promoter, airline or ticket seller, and any names or details on them are only what you type in.

3. Placing an order and paying

  • Choose a design, enter your details and check the preview. You can change anything before you pay.
  • Tick the box to confirm you agree to these terms and want your PDF made straight away, then click “Pay and download”.
  • Pay on the secure payment page. Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you reach your order page.

The price is shown before you pay (currently £1.50 per ticket) and includes VAT or any other sales tax that applies to you. Prices are in pounds sterling. If you're outside the UK, the payment page may show the price in your local currency at the exchange rate it displays.

Payments are taken by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for the payment and handles tax. Your receipt and card statement may show Stripe's “Onelink” service (for example “LINK.COM*”) rather than our name. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment. We never see your full card details.

4. Getting your PDF

We start making your PDF as soon as you pay. It usually takes under a minute, and you download it from your order page. Save the file somewhere safe once you have it. Your order page address also works as your receipt, so keep it, but we can't promise it will stay available forever.

If you have trouble downloading it, contact us and we'll sort it out.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase, but not for digital content once we have started to supply it, if you've agreed to that first. The tick-box at checkout is where you agree. Once your PDF has been made, you can't cancel it or ask for a refund because you changed your mind.

This doesn't affect your rights if something is wrong with it. Our refund policy explains what we'll do.

6. If something is wrong with your PDF

We must supply digital content that is as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for its purpose. If it isn't, you're entitled to have it repaired or replaced, and if that isn't possible or we don't do it within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a refund. Contact us and we'll put it right.

7. What you put on your ticket

  • You're responsible for the details, text and any images you add, and for checking they're correct.
  • Only add content you have the right to use. If you add a photo, you must have taken it or have permission to use it.
  • You must not use our tickets to deceive anyone, to gain entry to an event or service, to sell a fake ticket, or for anything unlawful, harassing or hateful.
  • We don't check every order, but we can refuse or cancel one that breaks these rules, and refund it where that's right.

You give us permission to use what you enter only to make your PDF and run your order.

8. Our designs

The designs, layouts and artwork are ours or our licensors'. When you buy a ticket you can print it for yourself and give the printed copies as gifts. You may not sell it, redistribute our designs, or use them for business purposes without our written permission.

9. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for any business losses, as you're buying for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and it doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

We're not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of the internet, our hosting or our payment provider.

10. Your personal information

How we use your information is explained in our privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms, our designs and the site from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.

12. Complaints and the law

If you're unhappy, please contact us first and we'll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live. If you're a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the country you live in, which we don't take away.
